Notice about access volumeDue to the high traffic generated by our current campaign, the sign-up and contracting pages may be temporarily slow or unstable. Services already contracted and day-to-day operations are not affected.
What technical information may leave the device, who receives it and why.
Plain-language summary
Essential cookies maintain language, session and security. External services should receive only the technical data needed for the stated function.
How these documents work
A quotation, individual agreement and product-specific terms prevail where they address the same matter. Nothing in these documents limits mandatory statutory rights. Contact us before contracting if anything is unclear.
01What external transmission means
When a site or system is opened, the browser may send IP address, device and browser details, requested page, time and technical identifiers to Komori or a necessary provider. This policy gives users a clear opportunity to understand that processing.
02Komori essential cookies and storage
We use first-party cookies and local storage for language, authenticated sessions, security, preferences and form continuity. These are necessary for the requested function and are not used for behavioral advertising.
03Google Fonts and Material Icons — Google LLC
Possible data: IP address, browser, device, requested URL and connection information. Purpose: font and icon delivery and distribution security. Komori does not use this resource to build its own advertising profile.
04jsDelivr CDN — software delivery service
Possible data: IP address, browser, referring page, requested file and time. Purpose: load a technical real-time communication library when the local copy is unavailable.
05Stripe — payments when selected by the customer
Possible data: payment information entered by the customer, amount, currency, transaction identifiers, IP address and device data. Purpose: payment processing, fraud prevention, confirmation and financial compliance. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Komori.
06Komori-operated domains and systems
Previews, demonstrations and forms may load content from Komori-operated subdomains such as KŌLOGY and KOREOS. IP address, browser, referring page, session identifier and user-entered data may be sent. The purpose is authentication, demonstration, support and delivery of the requested product.
07User choices and controls
Users may block cookies in the browser, clear local storage and avoid optional external functions. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, saved language, forms and security functions. Where specific consent is required, the function must present a choice before activation.
08Updates to this list
This list must be reviewed whenever a new script, provider, analytics module, payment service or embedded content is added. Material changes will be published with a revision date.
