From purchase to first use

Company, contact details and a portal password. Monthly support is optional.

On Stripe’s secure page; we never store card data.

Download
Once confirmed, get the installer under “Software” in the portal. A confirmation email follows.

Install
Install on Windows and start. KOLOGY Software asks for the activation code.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Is this a cloud subscription?

No. It is installed on your company’s Windows PCs and paid once. There is no monthly fee to keep using it; monthly support is optional.

What does monthly support include?

Usage questions, bug investigation and fixes, and update guidance. ¥50,000 + tax per month (¥55,000 incl. tax). Cancel anytime in the client portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

How do I download after buying?

Once payment is confirmed, the installer appears under “Software” in the client portal. Each Download click creates a personal link valid for 30 minutes and 3 uses. No download link exists before payment.

How do I activate KOLOGY Software?

In the portal under “Extensions”, issue a single-use activation code for one PC and enter it on first launch. PC replacement is also handled in the portal.

Payment methods? Invoice and receipt?

Online payment is by card via Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available in the client portal. For bank transfer, multiple PCs or customization, please contact us.

System requirements?

Windows 10/11 (64-bit). KOREOS MENT and K-Units include Android tablet apps and connect multiple devices via shared folder/NAS or a sync server.

Where is my data stored?

Your business data stays on your PCs and internal network. Purchase data and the client portal are managed by KOMORI株式会社 (Japan), responsible for their security, on servers in the United States (GeHost).

Can I return it or get a refund?

As a digital product, no returns or refunds once the download is unlocked (except for defects). See the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice.
